Wisconsin currently has a standing order for Naloxone purchase at participating pharmacies.  People are allowed to ask their pharmacist for naloxone without a prescription.  The purpose of this is to encourage people to be prepared with and know how to administer naloxone if they encounter someone that has overdosed.
